Kyle Unterseher‘s diverse wide range of global experience working with FCMs in business development, operational and management roles has yet again landed him in a reputed leading position. In an effort to strengthen the team, Chicago-based cryptocurrency exchange ErisX has hired Unterseher as a Business Developer.
Apart from experience, Unterseher also possesses valuable expertise in building businesses, sales origination, operational processing, and client relationship management. In the past, he has had senior leadership roles at Cargill, UBS, MF Global, Jefferies and Wells Fargo.
Commenting on ErisX, Unterseher said, “ErisX has operated a regulated market place for over seven years before entering the cryptocurrency space.” This, he believes, gives ErisX an edge. According to him, the exchange is in a great position to enhance digital asset trading experience. He also expressed excitement at his inclusion into the team.
The Managerial Strategies of ErisX
ErisX offer retail and institutional investors access to digital asset spot and futures markets. ErisX, a single and informative platform for trading, deposits, and withdrawals of digital assets is known for its transparency and reliability in the digital asset class.
Moreover, the exchange has taken in three other reputed veterans hailing from Barclays, Chicago Board Options Exchange and YouTube for executive roles in the C-suite section of the company last month. It had also appointed Matt Trudeau as its chief strategy officer in December last year. Former Citigroup executive, Thomas Chippas leads the firm.
Chippas has mentioned that the Q2 deadline for the launch of its spot market is still on track. Moreover, the application to operate a futures exchange is still pending with the Commodities Futures Trading Commission.
With these managerial decisions, ErisX has not only advanced and enhanced its operations; it has also taken the best out of the rest to increase the efficiency of operations further.
ErisX follows a long line of crypto businesses that are attracting talent from across the global traditional finance spectrum to strengthen their operations through the experience and expertise of the new recruits.
